HM Electrical and Facilities Ltd are a newly founded company started up by long term friends Simon Martin and Ian Harper who collectively have  over 20 years experience in the electrical and facilities management industry. We pride ourselves on being able to provide a first-class service and complete works within the time scales agreed. Electrical Installation

Here at HM Electrical we cover a wide range of Electrical Installation works such as new circuits, fuse board changes, domestic installations, LED Lighting and Emergency Lighting.

Electrical Installation Condition Reports

We carry out EICR's in commercial and domestic settings.

Facilities

We are experienced in maintaining Ventilation Systems, Legionella Monitoring, Emergency Light Testing and Underfloor Heating.
